We cannot refund a purchase made in the App Store; Apple does that. Your statement to us stays on record with the date and time above. You can also withdraw from the transaction at Apple, so that Apple refunds the payment: open your Apple Account's Purchase History, find the order and choose Withdraw Transaction. Apple offers this for the first purchase of a subscription; if you do not see it, write to us.
To stop the subscription renewing, cancel it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not return money already paid.
We will look at your statement and, where a refund is due, refund the order in Google Play ourselves. We cannot say when.
To stop the subscription renewing, cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not return money already paid.
This statement does not cancel, refund or delete anything. If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, cancelling and refunding that purchase is a separate step at that store. We will write to you if we need anything else from you.
Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling. Cancelling only stops a subscription renewing and returns no money; you do it in the store (see Support). Withdrawing does not delete your account: for that, see Delete account.
The Terms of Use explain the right of withdrawal and include a model withdrawal form in Annex 1.
