- Profile → Support opens the support form. It attaches your app version, device model and language, plus any screenshots you choose to add, which makes a bug far quicker to place.

Common questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. The app works with an account (email and password): your book is kept in the cloud and synced to every device you sign in on. Without a network the app keeps working and syncs once you are back online. Until then, changes made offline are stored only on that device, so they can be lost if the device or the app is lost, damaged or deleted before they sync.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. InferMoney does not connect to bank or other financial accounts, does not make or receive payments and does not hold your money. Every transaction is entered by you.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancel in the store account that charged you: on iOS in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Refunds and withdrawal
Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play, so a refund or withdrawal request goes through that store's own procedure. Where the law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, the Terms of Use explain it and include a model withdrawal form in Annex 1. You can also write to us.
Complaints
Email supportinfermoney@gmail.com or use Profile → Support in the app, describe the problem and give the email address of your account. We answer a consumer's complaint within 14 days of receiving it (Terms of Use, section 12).
The confirmation or password-reset email did not arrive
It comes from InferMoney within a minute or two. Look in the spam or promotions folder, and open it on the phone where InferMoney is installed: the link opens the app. A confirmation link works for one hour: signing in with an unconfirmed address opens a screen with "Resend email", and "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen sends a new reset link. If nothing arrives after that, write to us from that address.
I lost my phone — is my data gone?
No. Sign in on the new device and your book comes back from the cloud. Only changes made offline that had not synced yet stay behind on the lost phone.
Which languages are supported?
37, chosen automatically from your device language and changeable in Profile → Language.
How long do you keep my message?
Support requests are kept until the request is resolved and any related claims are time-barred.
Delete your account
You can delete your InferMoney account and all of its data in either of two ways:
- In the app: Profile → Delete account, then confirm. If your free trial or subscription has ended, the same button is on the lock screen ("Free trial ended" / "Subscription expired"), next to Export Data and Support.
- Without the app: email supportinfermoney@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We schedule the deletion and reply with its date. A request from any other address is answered with a request to write from the registered one.
Deletion is scheduled 30 days ahead. Signing in during those 30 days offers "Restore my account", which cancels it. After the 30 days, the account and everything attached to it — the whole book, notes and journal entries with their photos, the profile and the avatar — are removed from the active service and cannot be restored through the app. If you want a copy, export your data before you delete the account.
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the store first (see above).
Some records outlive the account for a limited time: copies in our database backups until they are overwritten in the regular backup cycle; data sent to our AI provider, which it deletes within 30 days unless longer retention is needed to enforce its usage policy or is required by law; subscription transaction records, kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired); crash reports until the error is fixed; usage statistics until they are no longer needed for analysis or you withdraw your consent; support requests until the request is resolved and any related claims are time-barred; and data needed for a legal claim, until the claim is resolved and time-barred. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their terms. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
